New Clinic Consultations Procedures Alert Status 4

The Government have announced that the Country we will to move to Level 4 Alert Status for COVID-19 with effect midnight 25 March. Our clinic will remain open as an essential service, however we will be closing the Clinic doors for anything other than and serious medical conditions or medical emergencies . All patients are to call the clinic in the first stance and then we will look do a ‘phone’ or ‘virtual’ consultation where at all possible. Patients arriving at the clinic for consultations will be met at the clinic main doors and asked to wait in your car until called into the clinic. Only one patient will be allowed into the clinic at a time.

For virtual consultations, we will be using the Doxy.me telemedicine solution. This is a simple, free and secure online solution. Patients will receive a text notification and will be emailed a link from the GP to start the virtual call. There is no account setup or download of software required by patients. You can use your phone, ipad, laptop or desktop PC. You will however need to use either Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser.
